Welcome to The Quiet Loft. By visiting our website, purchasing our printable ritual systems, or downloading digital files from thequietloft.com, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service and Personal Use License.

These terms are designed to keep our studio space clear, fair, and secure while protecting the creative artwork and page layouts crafted for your screen-free, pen-to-paper rituals.

1. Overview & Digital Studio Model

The Quiet Loft operates as an independent digital stationery studio. All products offered on thequietloft.com are sold strictly as instant digital downloads (flattened 300 DPI PDFs and PNG file packs delivered in .zip archives).

No Physical Goods: We do not print, bind, ship, or deliver physical goods or print-on-demand items.
Self-Printing: You are responsible for unzipping your files and printing them on standard home printers or through a commercial print shop (such as Staples, Office Depot, or local print shops).

2. Personal Use License (What You Can & Cannot Do)

Every printable pack, planner system, habit tracker, and artwork file purchased or downloaded from The Quiet Loft carries a Single-User, Non-Exclusive, Personal Use License.

Designed with care for screen-free, pen-to-paper rituals, all printable systems, illustrations, and file packages are licensed strictly for personal, non-commercial use.

What Is Allowed:

Unlimited Personal Printing: You may print as many physical copies of your purchased files as you need for your own personal use, planners, binders, and home studio routines.
Personal Physical Gifting: You may print physical copies on paper and gift those printed pages or bound journals to friends or family members.
Paper Formatting: You may print pages in supported sizes—including Half-Letter (5.5″ x 8.5″), US Letter (8.5″ x 11″), A4, or A5—using 100% actual scale settings.

What Is Strictly Prohibited:

No Commercial Resale: You may not sell, rent, license, or monetize our digital files, download links, or physical printed pages under any circumstances.
No Digital Redistribution or Sharing: You may not share, send, host, upload, or distribute our PDF files, PNG packs, or .zip folders to public drives, social media groups, cloud folders, or file-sharing platforms.
No Asset Extraction or Derivative Works: All digital assets are delivered as flattened, sequence-locked 300 DPI files. You may not extract, isolate, vector-trace, alter, or reuse any individual illustrations, botanical line art, background textures, or design elements for other projects or digital products.
No Mass Commercial Printing: You may not upload our files to print-on-demand services (such as Zazzle, Redbubble, or Amazon KDP) to sell physical inventory.

3. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content on thequietloft.com—including downloadable PDF/PNG layouts, vector line art, product mockups, copy, studio dispatches, and brand imagery—is the exclusive intellectual property of The Quiet Loft and is protected by international copyright laws.

Purchasing a digital file transfers ownership of the license to use the file for personal printing, but does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying design, artwork, or intellectual property.

4. Account Security & Digital Access

Customer Accounts: When you register an account at checkout, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Download Access: Your account dashboard provides ongoing access to re-download your purchased paper rituals. We reserve the right to revoke account access or download privileges if an account is found actively sharing links or violating our licensing terms.

5. Orders, Pricing & Payment

Currency & Payment: All prices listed on thequietloft.com are in USD. Payments are processed securely via PCI-DSS compliant third-party gateways (Stripe and PayPal).
Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to adjust collection pricing, launch tiered bundles, or update product availability at any time without prior notice.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the instant, digital nature of downloadable file packs, all sales are final once files have been accessed or downloaded.

Exceptions for duplicate purchases, un-downloaded orders, or unresolvable file defects are handled under our standalone Refund and Returns Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Quiet Loft provides digital files and website services “as is.” While we engineer all files to print sharply at 300 DPI with built-in binder margins, we are not liable for:

Hardware or software incompatibilities on your personal devices.
Variations in final print color caused by individual screen calibrations, home printer ink levels, or paper types.
Damage caused to paper or printers during home printing.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time to reflect studio improvements or legal updates. The revised date at the top of this page will indicate when changes take effect. Your continued use of thequietloft.com after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
