Description
A day becomes quiet when we begin to notice it.
A Quiet Day is a printable poetry and reflection journal created around a simple movement: pause, notice and be present.
Beginning beside a morning window and travelling gently through grass, leaves, passing thoughts, rest, starlight and evening tide, the journal follows the subtle arc of one quiet day. Selected poems from Rabindranath Tagore’s Stray Birds are accompanied by original reflections and spacious prompts, inviting you to notice the small beauty already present around and within you.
This is not a productivity journal or a programme to complete. Move through it slowly. Write in the open spaces, add fragments of paper or pressed leaves, gather memories, or simply sit with a page for a while.

Printing
For the intended size, select Half-Letter / 5.5 × 8.5 inches and print single-sided.
If printing on US Letter paper, print at the intended size and trim the page afterward. Printer settings vary, so checking the preview before printing is recommended.
Colors may appear slightly different between screens, printers and paper types. Warm white, cream or lightly textured paper can complement the journal’s aged-paper atmosphere.
